- 16 small to medium new potatoes, if medium, cut them in half
- black truffle infused extra virgin olive oil
- black truffle sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped
- 4-8 tablespoons butter, melted, depending on size of potatoes
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
