Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 avocados (peeled, pitted and sliced)
  • Optional Toppings: (cilantro, jalapeño slices, hot sauce, radish slices)

Instruction

  • Combine all of the bean ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. 
  • Toast bread. Spread desired amount of bean mixture* on each slice of toast, followed by avocado slices and any additional toppings.
  • Serve and enjoy!
