  • 4 tablespoons (2oz) unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1/4 cup (20g) cocoa powder (sifted*)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons milk (plus more as needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of espresso powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sprinkles (optional)
