  • 1 tablespoon (12g) granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon (1/2oz) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon (1/2oz) unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar (sifted)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk (plus more as needed)
