- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon (1/2oz) unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons (25g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar (sifted)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon milk (plus more as needed)
