Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds (fresh from 1 pumpkin)
- 1/4 teaspoon Himayalan pink salt (or kosher)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Coat baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, toss the seeds, salt and olive oil together.
- Spread seeds evenly on baking sheet.
- Place in oven and roast for about 45 minutes. Stir the seeds every 10 minutes or so.
- Cool and serve.
