Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 (15-oz) cans white beans, (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 (4-oz) can green chiles
  • 3 cups salsa
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 2 (8-oz) packages grated pepper jack cheese

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  • Remove chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred with two forks. Place the chicken back in the slow cooker and stir.
