Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup lentils, raw
  • 15 ounce chili with beans, canned
  • 15 ounce white beans, canned
  • 15 ounce black beans, canned
  • 14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes, canned
  • 8 ounce tomato sauce
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • 6 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon basil, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 medium bay leaf
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • Add all chili ingredients to a slow-cooker, and stir until well combined.
  • Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8 hours.
  • Remove the bay leaf before serving. Top with sour cream and shredded cheese as desired. (Serving size: 1 cup chili)
