Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds beef chuck steak ((diced))
- 1 medium onion ((chopped))
- 3 cloves garlic ((minced))
- 3 tablespoons oil
- salt and black pepper ((to taste))
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 15 ounce can diced tomatoes ((with liquid))
- 15 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1-1/2 pounds peeled and diced potatoes
- 4 cups beef stock
- salt and black pepper ((to taste))
- 2 bay leaves
Instruction
- Brown steak, onions, and garlic in oil with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in flour and mix to coat the meat.
- Please the meat and all remaining ingredients in the crock and stir.
- Cover and cook on the low setting for 8 hours.
