Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs. stew meat (cubed)
  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 2/3 c soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • Garnish: green onions and sesame seeds

Instruction

  • Place cornstarch and meat into a bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in a large pan and lightly brown meat. Place meat in slow cooker.
  • Combine all other ingredients except garnish and pour over meat. Stir to coat.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
