Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs. stew meat (cubed)
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp chicken broth
- 2/3 c soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic (minced)
- Garnish: green onions and sesame seeds
Instruction
- Place cornstarch and meat into a bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in a large pan and lightly brown meat. Place meat in slow cooker.
- Combine all other ingredients except garnish and pour over meat. Stir to coat.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
