Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 (15-1/2-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (4.5-ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 (14-1/2-ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth

Instruction

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Add turkey and onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Place mixture in slow cooker, then add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
