Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 (15-1/2-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can diced green chilies
- 2 (14-1/2-ounce) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 cup fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
Instruction
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Add turkey and onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Place mixture in slow cooker, then add remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
- Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours.
