Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 large sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 15 oz. tomato sauce (canned)
- 15 oz. petite diced tomatoes (canned)
- 2 pinto beans (15oz cans, mostly drained)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp each - garlic powder (onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes)
Instruction
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet until no longer pink. Drain any fat and add the turkey to your slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve chili with any chili fixings that you like (sour cream, chopped cilantro, diced green onions, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, hot sauce, etc). Enjoy!
