Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 large ears of yellow corn
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 14 oz. can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. pure honey (optional , but delicious!)
  • 1 1/2 sticks salted butter (sliced)

Instruction

  • Shuck corn, break each ear in half, and place into a slow cooker.
  • Add in coconut milk, honey, and sliced butter & seasonings.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  • ENJOY!
