Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 20 oz sweet & sour sauce ((2-10 oz jars))
- 12 oz pkg of stir fry vegetables
Instruction
- Cut chicken into chunks
- Pour both bottles of sweet and sour sauce on top of chicken
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
- Before serving, stir in your vegetables
- Put the lid back on and cook on high for about 10 minutes
- Serve on a bed of rice
