Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 20 oz sweet & sour sauce ((2-10 oz jars))
  • 12 oz pkg of stir fry vegetables

Instruction

  • Cut chicken into chunks
  • Pour both bottles of sweet and sour sauce on top of chicken
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
  • Before serving, stir in your vegetables
  • Put the lid back on and cook on high for about 10 minutes
  • Serve on a bed of rice
