The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Slow Cooker
- 450 g Sausage Meat
- 75 g Butter
- 1 Small White Onion
- 2 Medium Bread Rolls
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Leeks
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- Extra Breadcrumbs For Binding (optional)
Instruction
- Using a vegetable knife chop your bread rolls into small chunks.
- Peel and thinly slice your onion.
- Slice and clean your leeks.
- Slice your butter into small chunks.
- Load everything into the slow cooker and using your hands mix together and then create a large ball of stuffing mix in your slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir halfway through as it stops the stuffing sticking and helps keep it all mixed.
