Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Slow Cooker
  • 450 g Sausage Meat
  • 75 g Butter
  • 1 Small White Onion
  • 2 Medium Bread Rolls
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Leeks
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Extra Breadcrumbs For Binding (optional)

Instruction

  • Using a vegetable knife chop your bread rolls into small chunks.
  • Peel and thinly slice your onion.
  • Slice and clean your leeks.
  • Slice your butter into small chunks.
  • Load everything into the slow cooker and using your hands mix together and then create a large ball of stuffing mix in your slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Stir halfway through as it stops the stuffing sticking and helps keep it all mixed.
