Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs cubed sirloin steak
- 2 cups bell peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1 cup beef broth
Instruction
- Start with cutting steak into cube/bite size pieces and chopping all vegetables.
- Place steak in the bottom of your slow cooker and top with chopped bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, salt, and pepper and gently mix.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or until fully cooked though. Serve over rice, quinoa, or pasta.
