Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz can white navy beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 15 oz can dark red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning blend
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4
  • Serve with toasted bread or as desired
