Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons jarred minced garlic
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz can white navy beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz can dark red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning blend
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4
- Serve with toasted bread or as desired
