Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 chicken tenderloins (about 2 pounds)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 4 ounce can green chilies
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 13.5 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- Toppings: cheddar cheese (sour cream, guacamole)
- Corn tortillas (optional)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks. And shredded chicken back into slow cooker. Cook for another 30 minutes.
- Add to tortillas or serve with tortilla chips.
- Add toppings as desired.
