Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 10.5 oz can French onion soup
- 2 oz onion soup packet
- .7 oz Italian Dressing Packet
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Sandwich Buns
- Sliced Cheddar Cheese
- Sliced Pickles
Instruction
- Place beef in a 6 qt slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl mix canned soup, water, onion soup packet, Italian dressing packet and pepper. Pour over roast.
- Cook on low for 7 hours. At 7 hours, shred meat and allow beef to cook for an additional hour.
- Serve on buns with option of cheddar cheese and pickles as toppings.
