Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 10.5 oz can French onion soup
  • 2 oz onion soup packet
  • .7 oz Italian Dressing Packet
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Sandwich Buns
  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese
  • Sliced Pickles

Instruction

  • Place beef in a 6 qt slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl mix canned soup, water, onion soup packet, Italian dressing packet and pepper. Pour over roast.
  • Cook on low for 7 hours. At 7 hours, shred meat and allow beef to cook for an additional hour.
  • Serve on buns with option of cheddar cheese and pickles as toppings.
