Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 2 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • freshly ground black pepper ( to taste)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce ((I used Kinder's Mild))

Instruction

  • Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker and sprinkle with the smoked paprika, granulated garlic (or garlic powder), and pepper. Pour the BBQ sauce over the seasoned chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, or until easy to shred.
  • Remove the cover and use two forks to shred the chicken into the sauce.
  • Serve on toasted buns or however you'd like!
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Stays fresh and delicious for several days.
