Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 400 g can chickpeas (rinsed and drained.)
- 1 onion (diced.)
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed.)
- 1 leek (sliced.)
- 1 medium carrot peeled and sliced.
- 150 g chorizo sausage (sliced.)
- 700 ml Chicken stock
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Freshly ground salt & pepper
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir well and cook on high 3 hours or on low 5 hours.
