Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 400 g can chickpeas (rinsed and drained.)
  • 1 onion (diced.)
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed.)
  • 1 leek (sliced.)
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and sliced.
  • 150 g chorizo sausage (sliced.)
  • 700 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Freshly ground salt & pepper

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir well and cook on high 3 hours or on low 5 hours.
