Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • kosher salt, pepper
  • 1 16 oz jar salsa verde
  • 1 15 oz jar queso blanco dip
  • tortillas, chips, and other taco toppings of choice

Instruction

  • Put the chicken in the slow cooker and season with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Add half of the salsa verde and half of the queso over the chicken. Turn the slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks in the slow cooker. Serve the chicken with tortillas and taco toppings. Serve the remaining salsa verde and queso with chips for dipping.
