Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 24 oz plain salsa (mild, medium or hot)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Instruction

  • First, set the slow cooker on low setting.
  • Then, place chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Next, sprinkle garlic powder on top of the chicken.
  • Then, pour salsa on top of the chicken. It's o.k. if some of it falls off the sides.
  • Add olive oil on top of salsa and cover. Cook on low for 4 hours.
