Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 24 oz plain salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instruction
- First, set the slow cooker on low setting.
- Then, place chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Next, sprinkle garlic powder on top of the chicken.
- Then, pour salsa on top of the chicken. It's o.k. if some of it falls off the sides.
- Add olive oil on top of salsa and cover. Cook on low for 4 hours.
