Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Skinless Chicken Breasts (cleaned and trimmed)
  • 1 16oz Jar of Green Mountain Gringo Mild Salsa (but any kind is fine!)
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1 1/2 TB Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 TB Dried Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 TB Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

Instruction

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker. Then add your salsa, water, and spices. Give it a mix.
  • Place the cover on and cook on low for 6-7 hours (or until the chicken it cooked through).
