Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 lbs pork shoulder, boneless roast, fat trimmed
- 1 cup onions, diced
- 12 oz. Not Your Father's Root Beer (or non-alcoholic)
- 16 oz. barbecue sauce, divided
Instruction
- Add onions, pork shoulder, beer and half of the barbecue sauce to the slow cooker.
- Cook for 6 hours on low or until pork is tender (slow cooker times may vary).
- Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
- Add pork back into slow cooker and stir in remaining barbecue sauce.
- Serve on slider buns.
