Ingredients

The following ingredients have 16 Servings
  • 1 pound pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instruction

  • Place the pecans in the slow cooker. Pour the butter over the top and stir to coat the pecans. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat the pecans.
  • Cook, on high, with the lid OFF for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • After cooking, spread in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool. Cool completely. Store in a sealed container in the pantry - do not refrigerate.
