Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes ((gold or red, not russet potatoes))
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon homemade ranch seasoning blend
Instruction
- Wash and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces (I leave skin on)
- Toss in bowl with olive oil and seasoning
- Line a small slow cooker well with foil and pour potatoes into center
- Wrap tightly and cover
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 or until potatoes are tender
