Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes ((gold or red, not russet potatoes))
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon homemade ranch seasoning blend

Instruction

  • Wash and cut potatoes into bite sized pieces (I leave skin on)
  • Toss in bowl with olive oil and seasoning
  • Line a small slow cooker well with foil and pour potatoes into center
  • Wrap tightly and cover
  • Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 or until potatoes are tender
