Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill steel cut oats
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • chopped nuts, fruit, maple syrup (optional garnish)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir until well combined.
  • Cook overnight on Low for 8 hours.
  • In the morning, stir oatmeal with a fork to loosen the steel cut oats and make sure everything is fully incorporated.
  • Serve warm with chopped nuts, fruit or additional maple syrup if you wish.
