Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill steel cut oats
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup pure pumpkin
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- chopped nuts, fruit, maple syrup (optional garnish)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir until well combined.
- Cook overnight on Low for 8 hours.
- In the morning, stir oatmeal with a fork to loosen the steel cut oats and make sure everything is fully incorporated.
- Serve warm with chopped nuts, fruit or additional maple syrup if you wish.
