Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
- maple syrup (for serving)
- dried cranberries (for serving)
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a lightly buttered slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
- Serve with maple syrup and dried cranberries.
