Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Leftover pulled pork
  • 8-10 corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • Corn salsa
  • 1 can crispy french fried onions
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • Optional: jalapeños (fresh cilantro, tomatoes)

Instruction

  • Heat up leftover pulled pork (or make fresh pulled pork)
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brush with a little canola oil and heat each tortilla for a minute or so on each side
  • Prepare corn salsa and refrigerate until ready to serve
  • Top warmed tortillas with pork, corn, onions, BBQ sauce and other toppings as desired
