Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Leftover pulled pork
- 8-10 corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Corn salsa
- 1 can crispy french fried onions
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Optional: jalapeños (fresh cilantro, tomatoes)
Instruction
- Heat up leftover pulled pork (or make fresh pulled pork)
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brush with a little canola oil and heat each tortilla for a minute or so on each side
- Prepare corn salsa and refrigerate until ready to serve
- Top warmed tortillas with pork, corn, onions, BBQ sauce and other toppings as desired
