Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ((or to taste))
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup bbq sauce ((optional))
- 20 slider buns
Instruction
- Place your pork in the slow cooker. Then add all the seasoning and rub your boneless pork shoulder with the seasonings.
- Next add 1/2 cup broth to the bottom of your slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is tender and falling apart. Mine took closer to 10 hours and it came out perfect.
- Shred pork and add in your favorite bbq sauce and mix well. Serve on a bun and enjoy.
