Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper ((or to taste))
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup bbq sauce ((optional))
  • 20 slider buns

Instruction

  • Place your pork in the slow cooker. Then add all the seasoning and rub your boneless pork shoulder with the seasonings.
  • Next add 1/2 cup broth to the bottom of your slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is tender and falling apart. Mine took closer to 10 hours and it came out perfect.
  • Shred pork and add in your favorite bbq sauce and mix well. Serve on a bun and enjoy.
