Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 - pork tenderloin
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cracked pepper
- 2 cup(s) chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon(s) corn starch
- 3 tablespoon(s) water
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter or more to brown meat
Instruction
- Combine seasons and rub on all sides of tenderloin.
- Heat butter in frying pan until melted. Next brown the meat in the butter on all sides.
- Place tenderloin into slow cooker. Combine lemon juice, chicken broth and soy sauce. Pour over tenderloin.
- Cook on low setting for 4 hours. For bigger pork loins cook on low 7-8 hours.
- When done set tenderloin to the side and keep warm. Pour juices into a sauce pan.
- Combine water and corn starch until mix completely. Heat juices on stove till hot. Whisk cornstarch mixture into juices until thick gravy appears.
- Serve tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans covered with the gravy. Mmm!
