Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 - pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cracked pepper
  • 2 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon(s) corn starch
  • 3 tablespoon(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter or more to brown meat

Instruction

  • Combine seasons and rub on all sides of tenderloin.
  • Heat butter in frying pan until melted. Next brown the meat in the butter on all sides.
  • Place tenderloin into slow cooker. Combine lemon juice, chicken broth and soy sauce. Pour over tenderloin.
  • Cook on low setting for 4 hours. For bigger pork loins cook on low 7-8 hours.
  • When done set tenderloin to the side and keep warm. Pour juices into a sauce pan.
  • Combine water and corn starch until mix completely. Heat juices on stove till hot. Whisk cornstarch mixture into juices until thick gravy appears.
  • Serve tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans covered with the gravy. Mmm!
