Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1 2 pound top round beef roast
  • 1/2 cup A.1. Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 green bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 white onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 hoagie rolls
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 slices Kraft Sliced Provolone Cheese

Instruction

  • Slice the roast into thin slices. Place in the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour A.1. Sauce over the meat and top with minced garlic.
  • Scatter bell pepper and onion over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the lid on and cook on low 6-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours.
  • Place split hoagie rolls out onto a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and toast under the broiler setting for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Toss the cooked meat and vegetables together and scoop onto hoagie rolls. Top with Kraft Sliced Provolone Cheese. Place under the broiler setting again until cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
