- 3 large carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 4 ribs of celery (chopped)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups heavy cream
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- ⅓-½ cup flour (depending on how thick you want the soup)
