Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cans canned tomatoes (diced - (28 oz))
- 1 can tomato paste (5.5-6 oz)
- 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
- 2 large onions (chopped)
- 2 tblsp garlic (minced)
- 3 tblsp brown sugar (packed)
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin (ground)
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper - or more (to taste, optional)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (smooth)
Instruction
- In slow cooker add everything, except peanut butter, and stir. Cover and cook on low for 5-8 hours. Add peanut butter and using a blender, puree soup until smooth. Enjoy!
