Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cans canned tomatoes (diced - (28 oz))
  • 1 can tomato paste (5.5-6 oz)
  • 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 large onions (chopped)
  • 2 tblsp garlic (minced)
  • 3 tblsp brown sugar (packed)
  • 3 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin (ground)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper - or more (to taste, optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (smooth)

Instruction

  • In slow cooker add everything, except peanut butter, and stir. Cover and cook on low for 5-8 hours. Add peanut butter and using a blender, puree soup until smooth. Enjoy!
