  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped

  • 1/2 cup Onion (chopped  or 1 medium)

  • 1/4 inch Ginger (sliced)
  • 3 Sweet red chili peppers (or 2 tbsp sweet paprika)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
