Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 6 ciabatta rolls
- 2 avocados (sliced)
Instruction
- Add chicken, salsa and taco seasoning to crock pot. I used a 6 quart crock pot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred or slice the chicken.
- Place chicken on rolls and top with avocados.
