Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 6 ciabatta rolls
  • 2 avocados (sliced)

Instruction

  • Add chicken, salsa and taco seasoning to crock pot. I used a 6 quart crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Shred or slice the chicken.
  • Place chicken on rolls and top with avocados.
