Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound short cut pasta (elbow, penne, cavatappi, shells)
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 oz cream cheese (cut into cubes)
- 8 oz gouda cheese (shredded)
- 16 oz block colby jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 stick butter (cut into 8 Tbsps)
Instruction
- Boil the pasta according to package directions in salted water, drain and put the pasta into the slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker (set aside 1/2 cup of the colby jack to sprinkle over top when it's finished). Stir until combined and set the slow cooker on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring a few more times throughout.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top and wait 5 minutes or until melted.
