Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound short cut pasta (elbow, penne, cavatappi, shells)
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 8 oz gouda cheese (shredded)
  • 16 oz block colby jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 stick butter (cut into 8 Tbsps)

Instruction

  • Boil the pasta according to package directions in salted water, drain and put the pasta into the slow cooker.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker (set aside 1/2 cup of the colby jack to sprinkle over top when it's finished). Stir until combined and set the slow cooker on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring a few more times throughout.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over top and wait 5 minutes or until melted.
