Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups dry lentils
  • 8 cups vegetable stock, no sugar added, low sodium is best
  • 1 lb. bag baby carrots
  • 1 ½ cups sliced celery
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste after cooking

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours on low, or until the lentils are fully cooked.
