Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups dry lentils
- 8 cups vegetable stock, no sugar added, low sodium is best
- 1 lb. bag baby carrots
- 1 ½ cups sliced celery
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- salt to taste after cooking
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and cook for 8-10 hours on low, or until the lentils are fully cooked.
