Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless Chicken Thighs about 8
  • 3 Tbs Lemon juice about 1 large lemon
  • 3 Tbs EVOO
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Lemon sliced into 8 thin slices

Instruction

  • In slow cooker/crockpot add Chicken to cover the bottom.
  • Drizzle Lemon juice and EVOO evenly over Chicken.
  • Add Garlic evenly over Chicken.
  • Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, and Paprika evenly over Chicken.
  • Top each Chicken Thigh with a slice of Lemon.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Enjoy!
