Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs boneless skinless Chicken Thighs about 8
- 3 Tbs Lemon juice about 1 large lemon
- 3 Tbs EVOO
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Lemon sliced into 8 thin slices
Instruction
- In slow cooker/crockpot add Chicken to cover the bottom.
- Drizzle Lemon juice and EVOO evenly over Chicken.
- Add Garlic evenly over Chicken.
- Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, and Paprika evenly over Chicken.
- Top each Chicken Thigh with a slice of Lemon.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
