Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • dash hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

Instruction

  • Place chicken in crock
  • Mix together remaining ingredients in measuring cup or bowl
  • Pour over top of chicken
  • Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 until chicken is fully cooked
  • Shred chicken with forks and return to crock and toss with sauce to fully coat
  • Serve over rice or as desired
