Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- dash hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
Instruction
- Place chicken in crock
- Mix together remaining ingredients in measuring cup or bowl
- Pour over top of chicken
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 until chicken is fully cooked
- Shred chicken with forks and return to crock and toss with sauce to fully coat
- Serve over rice or as desired
