Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 500g diced lamb
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbs honey
- 2 tsp sugar
- 400g canned diced tomato
- 1 cup Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 10 prunes
- 1/4 preserved lemon diced
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 tbs parsley chopped
- 1 tbs coriander chopped
Instruction
- Into slow cooker, add all but the last 5 ingredients, mix well.
- Set slow cooker to low and leave to cook for 8-10 hours.
- Half an hour before serving, stir through prunes, preserved lemon, almond meal, parsley and coriander.
- Serve with couscous.
