Ingredients

The following ingredients have 15 Servings
  • 2 pounds in-shell peanuts (raw)
  • 8-10 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 small jalapeños (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instruction

  • Toss all the ingredients into the slow cooker.
  • Cover. Set to High and cook for 12 hours.
  • Stir and add more water if necessary.
  • Set to Low. Cover and cook for 10-14 hours, depending on your desired tenderness of the peanuts. Enjoy!
