Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken thigh (or boneless, skinless breasts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce ( or tomato sauce)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Instruction

  • Spray the inside of the slow cooker with an oil spray to prevent sticking.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and the vinegar and pour over the chicken thighs.
  • Top with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the Marinara sauce over the chicken thighs.
  • Top with the dried basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
  • Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4. Serve with pasta, potatoes or rice.
