Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken thigh (or boneless, skinless breasts)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 cup Marinara sauce ( or tomato sauce)
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- ⅛ teaspoon dried oregano
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
Instruction
- Spray the inside of the slow cooker with an oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken thighs on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and the vinegar and pour over the chicken thighs.
- Top with salt and pepper.
- Pour the Marinara sauce over the chicken thighs.
- Top with the dried basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4. Serve with pasta, potatoes or rice.
