The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 3 Tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1/3 cups honey
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- salt and pepper (to taste (I used about 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon))
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated or minced ginger
- 2 pounds pork roast
- 2 cups quinoa (cooked)
- pickled vegetables
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- fresh pineapple chunks
- lime wedges
- fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
