Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup carrots (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups celery (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups onions (chopped)
  • 1 cup chicken broth (no salt added)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (dried)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard (grainy)
  • 1 turkey breast (large, cut into chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons spelt flour (or whole wheat flour, for gluten free use oat or brown rice flour)

Instruction

  • Toss cut-up turkey breast in flour to coat. Place everything in slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
