Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 3 to 4 lb pork loin roast
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ¾ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp pepper (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Trim pork loin and place in slow cooker.
  • Whisk together parmesan cheese, honey, soy sauce, oregano, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over pork loin.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Shred the pork with 2 forks.
