Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8-10 chicken thighs, boneless, skin on or skinless
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup liquid honey
- 2-3 tblsp garlic, minced
- 2 tblsp cornstarch
- cooking spray
Instruction
- Lightly coat your slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken thighs on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and honey.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- In a cup combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cold water together. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
- Add to slow cooker and gently stir.
- Cover and leave chicken mixture to thicken for 5 or 10 minutes. Serve.
- We love this chicken dish served over rice. Enjoy!
- If you have leftover chicken take two forks and shred chicken in the sauce before putting in to a container and in to the fridge for later if you plan on making Leftover Honey Garlic Chicken Wraps. They are incredible too and a perfect meal for the next day!
