Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8-10 chicken thighs, boneless, skin on or skinless
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup liquid honey
  • 2-3 tblsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tblsp cornstarch
  • cooking spray

Instruction

  • Lightly coat your slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl combine soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and honey.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  • In a cup combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cold water together. Stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
  • Add to slow cooker and gently stir.
  • Cover and leave chicken mixture to thicken for 5 or 10 minutes. Serve.
  • We love this chicken dish served over rice. Enjoy!
  • If you have leftover chicken take two forks and shred chicken in the sauce before putting in to a container and in to the fridge for later if you plan on making Leftover Honey Garlic Chicken Wraps. They are incredible too and a perfect meal for the next day!
