Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (fresh or thawed)
- 6 Cloves Garlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 cup Heinz Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- Sesame Seeds and Green Onions for garnish {optional}
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper {optional}
Instruction
- Place chicken in Crock-Pot® 5-in-1 Multi Cooker, and cook on HIGH for 2.5 hours or on LOW for 5 hours.
- After 2.5 hours on HIGH or 5 hours on LOW, drain juices from slow cooker.
- In medium bowl, thoroughly mix together Honey, Ketchup, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Thyme, Oregano, and optional Cayenne Pepper.
- Pour sauce mixture over chicken and cook on HIGH for 1 more hour {covered}, or until done.
- Scoop sauce mixture over Chicken while cooking if necessary.
- Serve over rice, sprinkled with Sesame Seeds and chopped Green Onions… and ENJOY!!
