Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce 
  • 1/2  cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (, minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breasts

Instruction

  • In a medium bowl, stir soy sauce, honey, olive oil, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Cook on low 3 to 4 hours, or until the chicken easily falls apart.
  • Serve over cooked rice or quinoa. Drizzle with extra sauce and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
