Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 lbs bone-in pork chops
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 10.5 oz Can of Chicken Broth

Instruction

  • Mix together flour, mustard, salt and garlic in a large shallow bowl.
  • Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
  • Brown pork chops in a skillet in the oil over medium-high heat.
  • Place your browned pork chops in 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Stir together leftover mixture and chicken broth and pour over your pork chops.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
  • If desired, serve pork chops with the gravy that was made while cooking.
