Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1.5 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 lbs bone-in pork chops
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 10.5 oz Can of Chicken Broth
Instruction
- Mix together flour, mustard, salt and garlic in a large shallow bowl.
- Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
- Brown pork chops in a skillet in the oil over medium-high heat.
- Place your browned pork chops in 6 quart slow cooker.
- Stir together leftover mixture and chicken broth and pour over your pork chops.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
- If desired, serve pork chops with the gravy that was made while cooking.
